Basilica dei Frari Altar of St. Joseph of CopertinoThe altar took its present shape in 1753 when they were removed the statues and stucco by Alessandro Vittoria for keeping a painting by Giuseppe Nogari (St. Joseph of Cupertino in ecstasy).

The Prince of Modena Almerico d'Este was the commander of the French auxiliary troops in the war of Candia (1645-1669) and was commissioned by the Venetian Republic in 1666.

From Victoria are the two sibyls on the tympanum of the altar, the statues of St. Peter and Sant 'Andrea on the sides and the St. Jerome in the center.
